Social Media & Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Specialist (TikTok + Community)

We’re a fast-growing beauty & fragrance company looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage our social platforms, TikTok Shop affiliate program, and influencer community while creating engaging campaigns that drive growth. TikTok is our #1 priority, but Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and email also matter.

This is your chance to be the first hire in this area, build something from scratch, and grow into a leadership role as our team expands.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and email
• Create eye-catching banners, flyers, and marketing graphics (Canva/Photoshop)
• Support promotions, product launches, and website campaigns
• Build and manage our affiliate/influencer community (including Discord)
• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators to drive sales and brand awareness
• Moderate TikTok LIVE sessions and engage with followers across platforms
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community messages
• Repost influencer content and track campaign performance
• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, affiliates, and emerging social platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in social media management, influencer, or affiliate marketing
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and creator ecosystems
• Graphic design/marketing content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience strongly valued)
• On-camera presence a plus, but not required
• Ambition to grow into leadership as we scale

• Pay: $22–30/hr (W2 hourly, starting $22/hr with raises based on performance & growth)
• Schedule: On-site in Farmingdale, NY | 4–5 days/week | 6–7 hours/day
