We're seeking a talented Social Media and Content Manager to own our LinkedIn and Instagram channels. This hands-on role is perfect for a short-form video expert who thrives on trends, manages the full content lifecycle, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage weekly content calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Coordinate with the video editing team for timely content delivery.

Write engaging, natural captions for all posts.

Schedule and post content natively via mobile at optimal times.

Analyze performance metrics to identify top content and areas for improvement.

Stay ahead of platform trends and propose innovative ideas.

Handle community engagement by responding to comments promptly.

Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on high-performing posts, managing budgets for maximum reach and engagement.

Collaborate with the team on content strategy and enhancements.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.

Daily user of LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram with deep platform knowledge.

Strong written English skills for crafting compelling captions.

Proven experience running paid ads on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Keen eye for high-quality video content.

Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Prior experience managing social media for a personal brand, agency, or business (portfolio required).
