Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

The Continental Community (TCC) is a first-of-its-kind real estate ecosystem that brings together investors, agents, private lenders, and service providers under one roof. We provide free local trainings, desk space, mastermind rooms, and a podcast studio—alongside our premium membership tiers and aligned vendor partnerships. Our mission is to help teammates fast-track their success in real estate by aligning the four essential pillars: Legal, Funding, Tax, and Operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will lead the charge in building awareness, driving teammate growth, and strengthening the TCC brand across digital and local markets. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Branding

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with TCC’s growth goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (social media, website, email, events, print).
  • Create messaging that highlights our value proposition: free education, vetted experts, and community-driven support.

Content & Campaigns

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Skool.
  • Produce engaging campaigns to attract new teammates and showcase vendor partnerships.
  • Coordinate marketing assets for trainings, events, and masterminds (flyers, graphics, landing pages, video clips).

Digital Marketing

  • Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Track performance through analytics, adjusting campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Optimize TCC’s online presence, including SEO for our website and blog.

Community Growth

  • Promote events, trainings, and masterminds to drive attendance.
  • Collaborate with the Community Director to onboard new teammates and highlight success stories.
  • Manage email newsletters and drip campaigns to nurture leads and current teammates.

Vendor & Partner Support

  • Highlight vendors in our “Vendor Vault” through spotlight campaigns.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with service providers and sponsors.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in real estate, education, or community-driven businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (ads, SEO, analytics, funnels).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Squarespace, Skool, Mighty Networks, and Monday.com is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
