Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent content delivery.
  • Analyze web and social media analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance brand reputation through strategic messaging and relationship management.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Support branding initiatives by maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all digital channels.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research to enhance online visibility.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and web analytics tools for campaign insights.
  • Skilled in video editing and photography to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading to ensure error-free content.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies including branding, social media marketing, public relations, and e-commerce integration.
