  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights for ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely responses to audience interactions.
  • Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics, optimize ad performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to develop campaigns that strengthen community relationships and promote positive brand reputation.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media management tools including Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics for optimizing content performance.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ability to produce compelling visual content through photography or basic video editing skills.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and engaging.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including branding, e-commerce integration, public relations campaigns, and social media marketing best practices.
