Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships.
- Manage social media scheduling and publishing using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media outreach, and enhance brand reputation through effective communication.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to boost reach and conversions while managing budgets efficiently.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content discoverability; integrate SEO best practices into all digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and website updates to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; ability to schedule posts effectively across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Strong photography and video editing skills; experience with video editing software is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content refinement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in public relations strategies, relationship management, and branding principles is a plus.
