Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing tactics.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using applications like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to enhance organic reach and improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, coordinate media outreach, and foster positive relationships with media outlets.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while managing ad budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales and enhances customer experience.
  • Coordinate photography sessions and video editing projects to produce high-quality visual assets for campaigns.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content creation strategies.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and consistency.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that align with marketing goals.
  • Basic photography skills along with video editing capabilities to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams including PR, sales, and creative departments.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles including branding, social media marketing strategies, and e-commerce integration.
