What You’ll Do

• Create & film Instagram/TikTok content (Reels, treatments, before & afters)
• Edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions & events
• Write captions and manage posting schedule
• Support branding, email marketing & in-clinic promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for beauty, skincare & social media
• Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable being behind the camera (and sometimes on camera)
• Eager to learn and grow in marketing

Duties

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost engagement and brand awareness
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent online presence
• Support in running targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences effectively
• Analyze web traffic and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance
• Collaborate with the team on public relations initiatives and assist in relationship management with influencers and partners

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a similar field
• Strong understanding of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator for content creation
• Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research, and web analytics tools
• Experience with video editing software and photography skills is a plus
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content
• Passion for digital marketing trends, branding strategies, and e-commerce environments
