Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and engage with the audience effectively.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies.
• Create new content for social media using Canva.
• Engage in relationship management with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles including e-commerce strategies.
• Experience in graphic design and video editing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on public relations and relationship building.
• Ability to conduct keyword research for effective content optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data.
