Role Description

The Social Media Manager(full-time, hybrid in Miami, FL) is responsible for creating and scheduling content, developing social media strategies, engaging with online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also includes managing influencer relations—from negotiating and scheduling collaborations to ensuring content delivery—and overseeing paid ad campaigns by developing strategies, creating assets, managing budgets, building target audiences, and reporting on results across multiple clients. Additionally, the coordinator will assist on client photoshoots, including building mood boards, being on set, and managing post-shoot deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Ability to manage Influencer Relations and Marketing
  • Experience in Boosting and Running Paid Ads on Meta
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
  • Photo and Video Editing experience is a major plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
