Social Media and Marketing Manager

About Us

Live selling is a fast-growing form of e-commerce where sellers stream in real time to showcase and sell products to audience. Our store specializes in popular cosmetics and skincare brands sold on a fast-paced, energetic, and engaging livestream. We stream daily, selling about 1800 items per day, in about 5 hours and maintain about 400 live viewers at any given point throughout the stream. As we expand onto other platforms, we are looking for someone to manage our social media account.

The Role

Managing our social media account will involve posting daily short form content on TikTok and Instagram. This role is open to anyone with prior experience with social media marketing, creative ideas around trends on social media, and solid editing skills.

What You'll Do

• Record, edit, and post 10-12 daily short videos on social media
• Find trends on social media and use these trends to promote the brand with beauty/cosmetics-specific videos
• Interact with users in DMs, comments to convert to followers and live stream viewers
• Coordinate/create content with other creators to promote the brand and livestreams

What We Are Looking For

- Prior experience with creating and editing TikToks or other short form content

-Ability to create catchy hooks on the videos to engage viewers

- Outgoing, high-energy

-Quick to understand and recognize trends on social media

-Dependability, punctuality

Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per week
