Eventure Talent Agency (ETA) is a growing event planning, design and staffing company entering its second year of business. We specialize in creating visually stunning, well-executed events—and now we’re focused on elevating our brand presence online.

We’re looking for someone who can help bring our vision to life through content, storytelling, and strategic social media growth.

Job Type: Seasonal (May – Early September)

This position is currently a seasonal role aligned with our peak event season. Most events and content opportunities will take place throughout the summer across New York City, Long Island, and the Hamptons. As ETA continues to grow, there is potential for this role to expand into a year-round position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop engaging campaigns, and leverage analytics to maximize our reach and impact. Your energetic approach will inspire audiences, foster community engagement, and drive business growth through strategic social media marketing initiatives.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative projects, build meaningful relationships with our audience, and shape the future of our brand’s digital identity—while working closely with a growing event-based business.

About the Role

This is not just a posting job—you will be responsible for capturing, creating, and shaping the visual identity of our brand.

You will:

  • Attend events (when permitted) to capture high-quality photo and video content
  • Edit content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and more
  • Post and manage content across social media platforms
  • Stay on top of trends and apply them in a way that fits our brand
  • Help us grow and stand out in a competitive market
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and more
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with our brand
  • Lead and creatively direct photoshoots for the brand, including team/CEO shoots, styled tablescapes, staged event setups, future campaign concepts (props, poses, outfits, set design, and overall vision) and more
  • Schedule content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
  • Conduct social listening to understand audience behavior, trends, and competitors
  • Optimize content using SEO strategies and keyword research to improve visibility
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
  • Manage online brand reputation and contribute to positive brand perceptionYou are essentially the creative eye behind ETA

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and editing
  • Knowledgeable about current trends and what performs well online
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box
  • Actively learning and improving their skills
  • Able to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and digital growth

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with a marketing agency or as a social media manager
  • Experience creating content for businesses or brands
  • A strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
  • Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager or similar)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of social listening and trend tracking
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Must have your own camera and/or content equipment
  • Must be able to attend events (schedule varies)
  • Must be able to edit and post content remotely
