Duties

- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for actionable insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee public relations activities by building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify brand messaging.
- Use social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement metrics, and streamline content distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and web developers to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring proofread quality for all published materials.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software for content creation.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO techniques, and keyword research methods.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager for targeted campaigns.
- Knowledge of video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content tailored for various platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and e-commerce integration.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
