Social Media & Marketing Manager — Cannabis/Dispensary

We're looking for a creative, cannabis-savvy Social Media & Marketing Manager to own our brand presence across all digital platforms and bring our dispensary story to life. About the Role

You'll be the driving force behind our digital marketing across all three dispensary locations — developing campaigns, creating scroll-stopping content, and building a loyal online community. This is a hands-on role that requires regular on-site visits to each of our locations to capture authentic content and stay connected to our brand in action.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms with a deep understanding of cannabis advertising restrictions and compliance
  • Create high-quality visual and video content — graphics, reels, photography, and written copy — that connects with cannabis consumers authentically
  • Manage daily social media activities including scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
  • Visit all three dispensary locations regularly to capture on-site content, coordinate with store teams, and ensure consistent brand representation
  • Run paid digital advertising campaigns within cannabis-compliant guidelines to drive foot traffic and online engagement
  • Monitor analytics and social listening tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with budtenders, store managers, and leadership to spotlight products, promotions, events, and brand culture
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels and locations

What You'll Need

  • Cannabis industry experience is required — prior work with a dispensary, cannabis brand, or cannabis-adjacent company is non-negotiable
  • Proven social media management experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating growth, engagement, and platform fluency
  • Design proficiency — hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools to produce polished, publish-ready content independently
  • Solid understanding of cannabis advertising regulations and compliant content creation across social platforms
  • Video shooting and editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and work from all three dispensary locations on a regular basis — reliable transportation required
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and locations without losing the creative edge
