Social Media and Marketing Manager

Juniper Books designs special edition book sets and curates custom libraries for clients around the world. In 2025, we opened our first showroom in Boulder, Colorado where customers can browse books for sale, take a tour of our operations, and experience books like they have never seen before!

The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for Juniper Books’ day-to-day presence across social media and emerging media channels. The primary focus of the role is Instagram; however, we want to grow our TikTok presence and maintain our foundations on Pinterest and Facebook.

The role also includes some press and podcast outreach to further strengthen the brand. The role includes one weekly showroom shift (in Boulder, Colorado) to stay closely connected to our products, customers, and real-world content opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both making content and getting it seen—whether that’s through social posts, creator partnerships, or media placements. You’ll work closely with our team to bring campaigns to life while helping expand Juniper’s visibility through thoughtful outreach and relationships.

To apply, submit a cover letter addressing the following: How does your connection to books make you a strong fit to manage social media for our brand? Describe your direct, hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or company. We are specifically looking for experience with things like responding quickly to relevant trends, identifying and managing influencers or content creators, encouraging user-generated content, and actively engaging an online community. Please include 1–2 specific examples of work you’ve done in these areas.
