We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented content creator to help grow our brand and community.

Job Overview

As our Social Media & Content Creator, you'll be responsible for building and executing FilthyHits' presence across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Pokémon card hobby, has a strong eye for content, and knows how to grow an engaged audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Engage with followers and the broader Pokémon card community online
• Collaborate with the team to align content with live stream schedules and product drops
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content professionally
• Strong video filming and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Knowledge of Pokémon cards and the collector community
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix/Scottsdale as needed
