Social Media and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and managing multiple social media accounts efficiently.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content visibility across search engines and social platforms.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and social listening tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand awareness through public relations initiatives.
  • Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while ensuring proofread quality in all communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, video editing, graphic design, and web analytics to keep strategies fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research methods, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools to optimize online presence.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns as well as other paid digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong skills in photography and video editing to produce high-quality visual content that captures audience attention.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with stakeholders including influencers, media contacts, and internal teams.
  • Ability to proofread meticulously ensuring all content aligns with branding standards while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
  • A passion for digital marketing trends such as social listening, branding strategies, public relations efforts, and e-commerce integrations.
