Social Media and Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Hartford Flavor Company is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager on a part-time or contract basis. This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves local craft food/beverage culture and excels at building brand awareness, managing digital content, and executing localized marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and analyze engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to highlight our distillery, cocktail parlour, and products.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns surrounding product launches, seasonal menus, and local events.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, local influencers, and regional partners to foster brand loyalty.
  • Local Event Support: Help promote and coordinate details for tastings, tours, and special events at the Hartford locations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Strategist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content creation tools (like Canva), and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of or passion for the craft beverage/hospitality industry is a major plus.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
