Social Media Assistant/Part-Time Front Office Attendant
About the Role: We're seeking a social media-savvy individual to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building online communities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Develop creative strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices
- Track analytics and provide regular reports on social media performance
- Collaborate with the team to align social media content with overall marketing goals
- Assist office manage in admin tasks, including answering the phone or client questions when on site at front desk
- In-office Tuesday - Thursday 3 PM - 6 PM, Saturday 9-1 PM, with additional hours remote for content creation & editing remotely
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
- Basic photo and video editing skills
