Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to transform businesses into brands, and hands-on experience in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and ad campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand presence across all platforms.

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Collaborate with influencers, manage partnerships, and coordinate campaigns such as TVCs and digital ads.

Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Work closely with the design and video team to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all social channels.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally (no fumble).

Strong creative ability to transform ideas into impactful campaigns and build brand identity.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, collaborations, and ad spending strategy.

Energetic, proactive, and passionate about social media marketing.

Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and improve campaigns.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
