Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, fintech marketing, and customer engagement strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy in alignment with business goals.

· Create engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

· Plan and execute ad campaigns across social media channels.

· Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

· Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.

· Manage online reputation, respond to comments/messages, and handle customer inquiries professionally.

· Stay updated with fintech market trends and digital innovations to suggest creative content ideas.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

· Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools.

· Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is an advantage.
