About the role
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Social Media & Reputation Manager to own and grow our brand presence across websites, landing pages, blogs, and social media channels. The role combines organic social media strategy, reputation management, content creation, and support for paid & outreach-driven lead generation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the company’s online presence across all channels (website, landing pages, blog, social platforms).
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to grow audience, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create high-quality content (copy, visuals, short-form video) tailored to platform and audience.
- Implement reputation management processes: monitor and respond to reviews, manage Trustpilot/Sitejabber/Glassdoor presence, and mitigate negative feedback.
- Manage community engagement, respond to user inquiries, and build customer loyalty.
- Produce marketing collateral: brochures, PDF proposals, campaign assets, and sales support materials.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content and outreach.
- Run opt-in email marketing campaigns and support CRM-driven nurture flows.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Support paid marketing efforts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and assist with campaign set-up/analysis when required.
- (Plus) Use LinkedIn/outreach and cold-email channels for targeted lead generation where necessary.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in organic social media marketing and online reputation management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent content creation and copywriting capability.
- Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and review platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Glassdoor).
- Familiarity with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting performance data and suggesting optimizations.
- Proactive, creative, adaptable; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with cold outreach and LinkedIn lead generation tools.
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Rush, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in B2B and/or service-led industries.
