About the Role
Scaleup Connect is looking on behalf of its client, a leading brand in the FMCG / fragrance industry, to hire a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media & Celebrity Collaborations Lead. This role will elevate the brand’s digital presence, engage audiences, and drive impactful campaigns through social media management, PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, celebrity collaborations, and integrated marketing efforts.
As Social Media & Celebrity Collaborations Lead, you will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s digital footprint and public image. You will combine creativity and strategic thinking to deliver consistent, high-impact brand communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Create, review, and oversee high-quality written, visual, and video content.
- Lead content shoots with models, influencers, and internal teams.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns to drive reach and conversions.
- Engage with audiences and respond to queries to build community loyalty.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content for performance.
Public Relations & Brand Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers.
- Draft and circulate press releases, PR articles, and event announcements.
- Manage brand reputation, including sensitive or crisis communication.
- Represent the brand at product launches, exhibitions, and industry events.
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and celebrity collaborations.
- Handle PR gifting, product seeding, and partnership coordination.
- Track influencer deliverables, performance, and ROI.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns for brand awareness, product launches, sales, and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with design and product teams for cohesive storytelling.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare detailed performance reports.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage social media associates, content creators, and interns.
- Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and designers.
Requirements & Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media, PR, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, algorithms, and brand storytelling.
- Proven experience in PR outreach and influencer marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in content ideation, scripting, captions, and creative direction.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for FMCG / beauty / fragrance brands.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
Industry Preference:
- FMCG, Advertising, or Digital Agencies
