Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media & Community Manager to establish, manage, and grow our brand’s online presence. This role emphasizes strategy execution, platform management, and audience engagement rather than content creation. You will be responsible for driving meaningful engagement, expanding reach, and fostering a strong online community aligned with the company’s vision.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial

Media Setup & Management

  • Set up and manage accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Ensure consistent publishing of content in coordination with the creative team.
  • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and cross-platform alignment.
  • Optimize profiles with updated bios, visuals, hashtags, and keywords to reflect brand positioning.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Monitor engagement across all platforms: respond to comments, inquiries, and community interactions.
  • Implement referral-driven initiatives, gifting campaigns, and interactive activities to boost community engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and cross-promotions to expand reach.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management for strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of referral marketing, paid advertising, and community growth tactics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
