Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Community Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence of two major travel brands: FlightHub and its sister brand justfly.com.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media, understands how to build engagement with global audiences, and can adapt brand voice and tone across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our Social Media Agency and internal marketing teams to execute content strategies that strengthen our community, protect our online reputation, and drive brand love.

What You'll Be Doing:

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the FlightHub and justfly.com social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and more).
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand tone, business goals, and key campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Social Media Agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas for content that celebrates travel inspiration, customer experience, and seasonal trends.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, and visual identity across all brand platforms.
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring boosted posts or paid campaigns when needed, including audience targeting and creative asset delivery.
  • Understand the functioning of Meta Buisness Suite, including reporting from this platform, and ensure organic and paid initiatives complement each other.

Community Management

  • Act as the front-line voice for both brands, respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Proactively engage with audiences and travel communities to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Escalate customer service or brand-related issues when needed to internal support teams.

E-Reputation & Monitoring

  • Oversee brand reputation management across social and review platforms including Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, Reddit, SiteJabber, Trustpilot, and others.
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment using social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar).
  • Identify trends, opportunities, or risks in user sentiment and report insights to the marketing and customer experience teams.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work with designers, video creators, and our social media agency to conceptualize, produce, and adapt creative assets for different formats, including Reels, Stories, and ephemeral content.
  • Stay ahead of emerging content formats and platform features to keep our social presence fresh and innovative.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media KPIs (engagement, reach, followers, sentiment, etc.) and deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend data-driven optimizations to improve content performance and audience engagement.

What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or digital publisher.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads for campaign monitoring and collaboration with performance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their evolving best practices.
  • Experience with social listening and publishing tools (Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of video content (Stories, Reels, TikTok videos).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for travel, culture, and storytelling through digital media.
  • Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in the 5th Settlement New Cairo, Egypt.
