About the Role

Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage social media, content creation and CRM operations. The role focuses on growing LinkedIn presence, managing social platforms, supporting lead generation and maintaining marketing systems through GoHighLevel (GHL).

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Management

• Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for the company page and founder profiles
• Support LinkedIn audience growth through daily engagement and connections
• Monitor conversations and identify potential leads
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts
• Repurpose LinkedIn content for other platforms
• Create basic branded visuals using Canva
• Respond to comments and messages

Content Creation

• Write social media posts aligned with the company’s brand voice
• Repurpose content across platforms efficiently
• Maintain and manage a weekly content calendar

CRM and Marketing Automation (GoHighLevel)

• Manage contacts and maintain CRM data accuracy
• Build and maintain marketing automations and workflows
• Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
• Track leads and update pipeline stages

Paid Advertising Support

• Assist with Meta Ads and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and report results
• Support campaign setup and tracking

Reporting

• Prepare weekly marketing reports including engagement, leads and campaign performance
• Identify insights and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for business growth
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation
• Strong content writing and social media management skills
• Basic experience with paid ads and campaign reporting
• Proficiency in Canva for simple design tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
