Job Overview
HA Technologies is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to transform businesses into recognizable brands through impactful social media campaigns. The candidate must be energetic, innovative, and capable of bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create and oversee creative, engaging, and innovative content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Identify trends, new content ideas, and innovative approaches to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
  • Manage social media accounts, respond to queries, and maintain community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management.
  • Ability to develop creative content strategies and brand-building campaigns.
  • Experience in managing content calendars and campaign planning.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about digital marketing.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of paid ads, social media analytics, and brand strategy.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies or digital brands.
  • Understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
