Job Overview

GSM Digital is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including graphic design and video editing. You will be responsible for developing innovative content strategies that boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and posts using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other editing software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content performance.
• Ensure brand consistency in every piece of content created.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
