We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to help us tell our story, showcase our properties, and engage our audience across digital platforms.

Job Summary

As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging, high-quality content that reflects La Maison’s brand identity and drives audience growth. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, highlight new listings, and position La Maison as a leader in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and schedule visually compelling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Edit high-quality photos and short-form videos (reels, stories, carousels) showcasing properties, team members, market insights, and company culture
• Stay up to date with real estate trends, social media algorithms, and content best practices
• Collaborate with agents, engineers, and leadership to develop content that supports sales and branding goals
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all platforms
• Assist in managing community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a social media content creator, preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury lifestyle, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video editing, and content strategy skills
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Excellent eye for design, composition, and storytelling
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Arabic speaker is a plus but not required
