No, this is not just a “post three times a week and call it good” position.

We’re looking for someone who understands that social media is just one piece of a much bigger marketing puzzle.

This role blends social media content creation with broader marketing support. You’ll help create content for social, but also assist with blogs, newsletters, video production, website content, branding projects, and other marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing- Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan and brainstorm social media ideas for a wide range of clients
  • Capture on-site content using your phone (photos + short-form video)
  • Create and edit posts using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.
  • Write captions that sound human and drive engagement
  • Schedule content using Sprout Social
  • Stay on top of trends and bring ideas to meetings

Broader Marketing Support (Very Important)

  • Assist with blog writing and formatting
  • Help create and schedule newsletters
  • Support website content updates and basic page builds
  • Contribute to branding projects (layout, content direction, visual consistency)
  • Assist with video shoots and editing
  • Jump into campaign projects as needed

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how marketing works across multiple channels, not just Instagram.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A genuine interest in marketing as a whole — not just social media
  • Strong writing skills (captions, blogs, emails, etc.)
  • A good eye for content and design
  • Comfort creating short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  • Ability to stay organized across multiple projects
  • Willingness to learn new platforms and marketing systems
  • Excitement to be in-office with a team (no remote work for this role)

  • Canva

  • iPhone camera
  • Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, not required)
  • Sprout Social
  • Google Drive
  • Email marketing platforms

Work Structure

  • In-office no later than 9am, Monday–Friday
  • Flexibility for earlier starts if you prefer
  • Starting part-time (25–30 hours/week)
  • Clear path to full-time as workload and skillset expand

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
