We’re Hiring: Social Media Content Creator

Hill Transportation is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to help tell the story of our people, culture, and opportunities.

This role will play a key part in supporting our recruiting efforts and employer brand by creating engaging content that highlights our drivers, employees, equipment, and day-to-day operations across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

This is not a traditional marketing or sales role. Instead, we are looking for someone who can capture authentic moments, interview employees, and showcase what makes Hill Transportation a great place to work.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form videos, photos, and posts for our social media channels
• Interview drivers and employees to share their stories
• Capture content at our terminals, trucks, and company events
• Support recruiting campaigns and promote open positions
• Highlight company culture, recognition programs, and employee milestones
• Work closely with our HR and recruiting teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating and managing social media content
• Strong video, photography, and editing skills
• Comfortable interacting with employees in operational environments
• Creative storyteller with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus if you have experience in trucking, logistics, or blue-collar industries.

Compensation

$26 – $30 per hour based on experience

Full-time position with benefits.
