Content Creator (Full-Time)

Primary Focus: Content Production + Social Execution

Position Summary: The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand visual and video content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across all digital platforms. This role is fully hands-on, and as needed on location, creative, and execution-focused, supporting the company’s social media presence and content strategy. On-site (as needed). Hybrid work schedule (2 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube) - Sell My Home Florida Page
• Capture on-site content including agent features, listings, lifestyle, and brand storytelling
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
• Edit video using Premiere Pro (and/or CapCut as needed for speed)
• Manage daily social media posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with agents to create personal brand content
• Execute trending content in alignment with brand strategy (not random posting)
• Maintain content calendar deadlines and posting consistency with Marketing Coordinator
• Optimize content for platform-specific performance (hooks, captions, formatting)
• Capture photography and videography for listings and events

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign required)
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills
• Experience shooting with DSLR/iPhone and understanding lighting/audio basics
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn best practices
• Ability to move fast while maintaining quality
• Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and composition

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
