Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Lead

Latino Pack is looking for a Social Media Content Creator / Brand Influencer to help represent the business online and in the community.

This role is for someone who is comfortable on camera and can create simple, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms. You will help film, post, and keep the brand active and visible.

Main focus:

- Be the face of content for the brand

- Film short videos, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, promos, and simple educational content

- Capture content at the office and at business-related locations

- Help post content consistently and test what performs best

- Support visibility, engagement, and lead generation through social media

What we are looking for:

- Comfortable on camera

- Strong personality, communication, and people skills

- Basic content creation and editing ability

- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

- Interested in social media, marketing, branding, or influencer-style work

Good to know:

- This is a flexible, hands-on role

- The role can grow into extra opportunities in marketing, branding, outreach, and business promotion for the right person

- Equipment and tools are available to help create content

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
