About Us

LauderAle Brewery is a local, independently owned Fort Lauderdale brewery known for its small-batch craft beer, good vibes, and community-focused events. We’re all about creativity, authenticity, and great people — and we’re ready to grow our presence online and in person.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Marketing Manager to help us tell our story, create viral content, and get more people through the brewery doors. If you’re equal parts storyteller, content creator, and community connector — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Create fun, engaging, and shareable videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
• Manage and grow LauderAle’s social media presence (Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, Threads, etc.)
• Plan and execute creative social campaigns that highlight our beers, taproom, food trucks, and events
• Collaborate with the brewery team to capture behind-the-scenes content (brewing, staff, customers, events)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build real community connections
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy to optimize growth
• Help promote events, private bookings, and new beer releases
• Support cross-promotion with local businesses, musicians, and community partners

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand (hospitality or craft beer experience a huge plus!)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and other key marketing platforms
• Creative eye for short-form video storytelling — filming, editing, and posting with viral potential
• Fun, approachable communication style that matches the brewery’s personality
• Organized and proactive — able to manage content calendars and juggle multiple projects
• Bonus points if you have photography, design, or copywriting skills
