Social Media Content Creator / Manager

We are a women’s retail fashion brand looking for a Social Media Content Creator / Manager to manage and grow our online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, managing our social platforms, and interacting with our audience to strengthen our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Host Instagram Live and TikTok Live sessions to promote products
• (No need to model clothing, but must be comfortable presenting products live)
• Coordinate and collaborate with influencers and content creators

• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies
• Create content that aligns with brand identity and product promotions
• Assist with basic graphic design for social media contentQualifications:

• Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms
• Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting Instagram Live & TikTok Live
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a plus

Position: Full-time (In-person, On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
