We are seeking a Social Media Content Executive (Marketing) with 1-1.5 years of relevant hands-on experience (or portfolio-proven equivalent competence) to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning & Strategy Execution
- Plan and develop platform-appropriate content aligned with brand objectives and campaign direction.
- Maintain and manage a structured content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
2. Creative Content Production
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, carousels, and static posts for social media platforms.
- Adapt storytelling approaches to suit different content formats and audiences.
3. Copywriting & Brand Voice Management
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions and post copy.
- Help strengthen and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
4. Trend Research & Adaptation
- Stay updated with social media trends and creatively adapt them to Maxobiz’s brand identity and messaging.
5. Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Coordinate closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
6. Publishing & Performance Monitoring
- Manage day-to-day posting across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required.
- Track basic performance metrics and share improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-1.5 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, management, or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability.
- Proven experience planning and maintaining structured content calendars with defined content pillars, posting cadence, and approval workflows.
- Practical experience creating platform-optimized content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Solid understanding of platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, thumbnails, hooks, subtitles, and audience behavior.
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, or similar will be a plus.
- Experience using scheduling and management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain and adapt a consistent brand voice across different platforms and audiences.
- Ability to research, evaluate, and adapt social media trends while maintaining brand safety and brand alignment.
- Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and leadership teams using creative briefs, feedback loops, and version control.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, including reach, engagement, CTR, watch time, and follower growth.
- Ability to track performance, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements based on data and testing.
- Experience managing comments, DMs, and community engagement while maintaining professional brand communication standards.
- Knowledge of content repurposing strategies and cross-platform optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of copyright, music usage rights, and digital asset management best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of content execution.
- Portfolio or live social media handles demonstrating content ownership, results, and platform experience are mandatory for evaluation.
Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Office Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
- Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 (based on skills and hands-on experience)
