Social Media Content Creator (Photo/Video + Posting)

Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and manage content across multiple client accounts.

This is not just a posting role — you’ll be responsible for capturing content in the field, turning it into engaging posts, and helping maintain a consistent presence across all client platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot photo and video content for clients (on-location)
• Edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Manage and post content across multiple accounts
• Organize and maintain content libraries
• Execute weekly content plans and schedules
• Work with our internal team on campaigns, promos, and events
• Capture content at events, pop-ups, and activations
• Ensure content aligns with each brand’s style and voice
• Handle multiple clients at once (20–30 accounts across team)

Requirements:

• Experience in social media content creation (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Comfortable shooting content on iPhone and/or camera
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current trends
• Ability to manage multiple brands and stay organized
• Reliable transportation (required for shoots)
• Strong communication and accountability
• Must be comfortable working with cannabis-related clients

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valuable):

• Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.)
• Experience running or assisting with paid ads
• Photography experience (lighting, composition, product shots)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shelby Charter Township, MI 48317
