Social Media Content Creator & Server

Golden Corral is seeking a high-energy, outgoing Social Media Content Creator who will also work as a Server. This unique role combines guest service with marketing by creating engaging social media content directly from inside the restaurant. The ideal candidate will capture authentic moments, promote menu items and events, and help showcase the Golden Corral experience online while delivering excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests as a server
• Create and capture photo and video content during shifts inside the restaurant
• Post engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Highlight buffet items, featured dishes, promotions, and special events
• Promote in-store experiences like character nights, seasonal promotions, and specials
• Engage with guests and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere on and off camera
• Work with management to plan and execute social media content ideas
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the Golden Corral brand

Qualifications:

• High-energy personality with a strong presence on camera
• Comfortable creating social media content and short-form video
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask between restaurant duties and content creation
• Must be reliable and team-oriented
• Availability to work nights and weekends required

Work Environment:
This role is performed primarily inside the restaurant during active service hours, allowing the employee to capture real-time content and highlight the authentic guest experience.
