Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Social Media Coordinator will manage day-to-day content planning, posting, and engagement across our social channels. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice, grow our online presence, and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to bring campaigns to life.
• Write captions, monitor trends, and adapt content for platform relevance.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build authentic community relationships.
• Track performance metrics and report insights on growth and engagement.
• Support in planning content shoots and brainstorming creative campaign ideas.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Eye for design, tone, and aesthetics.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with UGC coordination or influencer outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
