Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage the company's presence across all social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content coordination, agency management, online reputation management through Google reviews, and basic content editing to support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with external marketing and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Manage and respond to Google reviews and customer feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor online reputation and escalate customer concerns to the relevant departments when required.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build positive relationships with the online community.
• Assist in creating and editing social media content, including images, reels, short videos, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
