Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to ensure optimal performance across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement through social listening techniques.
  • Utilize tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and enhance visibility.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners through effective public relations strategies.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEO techniques and keyword research methodologies.
  • Strong experience in social media marketing with a focus on relationship management.
  • Skilled in content creation across various formats including written, graphic, photography, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
