Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
- Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics and engagement reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and creative design techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creative design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
