Social Media & Creative Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
  • Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics and engagement reports.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and creative design techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or creative design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
