About the Role

We’re a growing skincare brand looking for a creative, energetic, and driven Social Media Content Creator to become the voice and personality of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, relatable content.

You’ll manage our social platforms, post daily, and create content that connects with our audience in a fun, authentic, and informative way.

What You’ll Do

• Post daily content across our social media platforms
• Brainstorm and execute creative, funny, and relatable content ideas
• Create content that is both entertaining and informative, especially around skincare
• Edit videos for social media (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.)
• Collaborate with our team, including members who conduct street interviews
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats
• Help shape and grow the brand’s personality and voice online
• Analyze performance and adjust content strategy as needed
• Film and produce a mix of content including:
• Product-focused content
• Trend-based and viral-style videos
• In-office videos, team moments, and behind-the-scenes content

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral or highly engaging
• Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• A strong sense of humor and relatability

Work Setup

• Starts as a full-time, in-office position
• Opportunity for partial remote work based on performance
