Job Overview
Cool Nerds Marketing is looking for a Social Media Designer with a sharp eye for design and a strong sense of brand style. This person will create scroll-stopping visuals for social media across many client accounts. You will design graphics, motion pieces, and short videos that help brands connect with their audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media content for client accounts
• Create static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video assets
• Adjust content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Build visual ideas that match campaign goals and brand style
• Work with the social media and content teams on creative direction
• Edit images, GIFs, and video clips for strong social performance
• Keep content consistent while matching each brand’s voice and look
• Stay current on design trends, platform updates, and content formats

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media design, graphic design, or a close field
• A strong portfolio with social media work, visual design, and brand content
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus
• Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and design balance
• Able to create content for Reels, Stories, carousels, and other social formats
• Strong creative thinking and idea development
• Able to move between different brand styles with ease
• Good communication and team skills

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
