Social Media Designer/Manager

We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Designer and Manager to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines graphic design expertise with social media management skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, and have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually stunning and engaging graphics, images, and videos for social media posts and campaigns.
Design eye-catching promotional materials, banners, and advertisements.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engagement.
Manage and update social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and identity.
Write compelling captions and content that resonate with our target audience.
Research current trends and hashtags relevant to our industry and incorporate them into our content strategy.
Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to assess the success of our campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging captions and content.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools for tracking and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
