Lexima is seeking a Social Media & Digital Strategy Manager to be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and enhance the online presence of the company’s hotel portfolio. This role requires a highly creative individual with strong digital marketing expertise, including hands-on experience with website design, content management, and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies across channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, short-form video, and written copy
- Manage content calendars for multiple hotel properties, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to optimize performance
- Track analytics and provide regular reporting on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions)
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns, promotions, and property storytelling
- Collaborate with on-property teams to capture and curate visual content (photos, videos, guest experiences)
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect brand voice, positioning, and standards
- Write and edit compelling copy for campaigns, blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials
Website Management & Digital Presence
- Manage and update hotel websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually compelling
- Partner with developers or utilize CMS platforms to implement design updates and optimize user experience
- Improve SEO performance through keyword strategy, content updates, and technical enhancements
- Monitor website performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive direct bookings
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid social, and online promotions
- Support property-level initiatives such as openings, renovations, seasonal campaigns, and events
- Coordinate with revenue management to align promotions with business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing preferred
- Strong creative skills with a portfolio demonstrating content creation (graphics, video, copy)
- Experience with website management and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple properties/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
