Salary Range: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 80,000 per month

DigiCareHouse is a fast-growing digital marketing company dedicated to creating impactful online experiences. We are currently seeking a Social Media Executive to join our team in Karachi. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor activity, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Content & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with the creative team to design content aligned with brand voice.
• Maintain a social media calendar and foster positive engagement with online communities.
• Implement strategies to increase followers and subscribers organically.
• Boost audience retention and engagement to drive measurable sales growth.

Campaign Management

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn paid ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and stay updated on competitor trends and market shifts.
• Perform A/B testing and finalize the most effective ad sets.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design, and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent certification).
• Proven experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns and LinkedIn paid ads.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to drive sales through social media engagement.
• Experience in growing followers and subscribers organically.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
