What You’ll Do:

As our Social Media Executive, you will:

* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Develop a content calendar that aligns with ARC Management’s goals and brand voice.

* Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.

* Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Collaborate with the team to highlight client wins, campaigns, and milestones on social media.

* Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

* Attend events and activations to capture real-time content, including photos, videos, and stories, that bring our campaigns to life.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience: 1 year of experience in social media management.

* Creative Skills: Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation abilities, and familiarity with Canva.

* Platform Expertise: Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

* Paid Media Knowledge: Experience running paid campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus.

* Organisation: Proven ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines consistently.

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Fluency in English: Arabic or additional languages is a bonus.
