Social Media Planning: Develop overall social media strategies (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) for the Middle East market, defining platform positioning, content direction, and operational goals.

Social Media Operations: Manage daily operations of vivo Middle East’s official social media accounts, taking ownership of key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, and reach.

Content Planning and Creation : Plan and create high-quality, engaging content (including graphics, videos, etc.) tailored to local market trends and user preferences to boost user attention and interaction.

User Interaction Management: Respond promptly to user comments, private messages, and inquiries, fostering positive user relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media performance data (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversion) regularly, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
