Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute demand generation strategies with a focus on organic growth channels.
  • Manage and optimize website landing pages to maximize lead conversions.
  • Lead and guide the email marketing team in planning campaign calendars, audience segmentation, and nurturing flows.
  • Monitor lead funnel performance, maintain CRM hygiene, and share regular performance reports with the Sales team.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and develop partnerships to build pipeline opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide monthly performance insights, including lead source analysis, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and SEO/Social Media Executive to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Recommend and implement quarterly growth strategies such as webinars, case studies, and organic campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Excellent understanding of lead nurturing, funnel management, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to recommend and execute creative growth strategies.
